Byrne-Jones > Byrne > Ruggles?

Like Byrne Jones averaged 80 per 100 minutes in preseason so just looks the best scoring option to me, Ruggles JS looks solid though Bews played well in VFL, Byrne adds excitement reckon he's JS is okay too Bolton's Csrlton look to score well off halfback SC wise.

Love the way Ruggles goes about it and hope he gets a good run at it. Lonergan missed round 3, Enright round 4... Does he keep his spot if the top 5 defenders are in? Lonergan, Enright, Taylor, Henderson, Mackie... Leaves room for only one of Bews, Kolo and Ruggles.

Just remember DB-J is a Port player.

??? what does that mean
Sorry - a bit obscure. I just don't trust the Port coaching staff to do what seems the obvious thing. As I've said in the Heat Maps thread the Port coaches baffle me with their moves.

Very similar to Melbourne coaches. (although they do seem to be turning a corner)
At least at Melbourne they seem to learn their lessons - witness Viney spending more time as a ball-winner rather than tagger,
He was so impressive today:
16CP and 15UP, 8 CC, 6 tackles

Petracca with 34 possies today.
R5-6 call up on the cards.
Trengove named in the best too. Trengove + Petracca + Michie - all of a sudden Melbourne have some depth

Going to be interesting to see the team sheet on Thursday .

Can't see any of those 3 getting a berth with Vince and Garlet to come back in too. But would like to see Lumumba given the boot, he was (is) useless.

How do we rate the boys on the bubble this week?
I think
1. Byrne-Jones
2. Ruggles
3. Byrne
4. Wagner
But not sure on who has the better job security.
Thoughts?

Cox could be debuting on ANZAC day, could we through him at R3 to cover Steff he doesn't get named.
Stef is relatively early in the round too so we should have plenty of time to get Cox in If he doesn't make the 22.

I've got them in the same order but this week's team sheets will tell a tale. JS I the big one. One of the top two will come in. Just not sure which....

DBJ looks the pick. I was really impressed with Wagner this week, very tempted to bump him the order.

hey guys what are you thinking about trading out papley? could over 100+k and swap tippa or brown etc into the fwd line to get in byrne-jones or similar? I know papley might have a bit more cash to make but BE is like 62 and could start making cash on one of those bubble rookies earlier.... stupid idea? haha

It would help if you read the thread before posting. That question has been posted and answered about 35 different ways so far on this thread and the rd 5 trades.
