Damn. I should have used stage 1 for my bonus stage considering 7 of my 9 riders filled the top 7 and the team won. I would have taken the early lead. The two Lampre riders didn't score points.

I got an answer to my query and it's a doozy:
"A transfer amnesty means you can make as many transfers as you like during this period at no extra cost."
Don't you love it? You get 8 transfers in the 1st block up to stage 7. Then 8 plus however many you make in that specific 1-day window on July 10-11 and then a further 8 plus the ones made in the 2nd window.
It means that after stage 7 you can make transfers specifically for stages 8 and 9 because you can then make as many as you like, on the rest day between stage 9 - 10, for the other stages in the 2nd block without them counting toward the 8.
Likewise, after stage 14 you can make transfers specifically for stages 15 and 16 and the correct for the later stages on the rest day between 16 - 17.
That could be very handy.

I had 4, and 3 in top 4 pretty happy with that I also used it as my Bonus Stage so it's only downhill from here. Oh wait this is the Tour there is no downhill! lol

Maybe the trade situation needs a bit of strategising.
I assume we can go harder with the 8 regular trades, such as bringing riders in for one stage and out the next, like Stage 5.

Yep, it give you some real manoeuvrability when it comes to setting up your team from stage to stage.
Especially that there is clear differences in stages, this first block of stages is sprinter friendly so load up on those before the climbs start.
I like the idea of the trade amnesty!
Also, whoever wears the KOM after todays stage will probably hold it until Wednesday at least, and if they keep it Wednesday, will hold it until Saturday so might be worth bringing them in to get an extra 5 points a stage

6th @Fitzroy Guerrilla, top effort mate. I'm sitting 127 reasonably happy considering I had Bennett and he could've finished top 15 too.

I was wondering how we rated after stage I as we all got decent results.
Our worst, "We love It" (whoever that is and welcome to the league) is ranked 526.
Where did you find the League ranking, @Fitzroy Guerrilla ? I've brought up the League of Leagues page but no details appear.

It worked on League of Leagues for me.
"We Love It" is my mate Lou. He sent me his team to look at but I didn't get around to it. He started to many GC riders unfortunately.

OK. Just went back to the Leagues page and it's not blank anymore. Noticed that in the top league all but one team had stage one as their bonus stage. They won't be there long.

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but when I go to transfer riders the system has problems.
I can remove a rider without difficulty but when I click on his replacement the system seems to think I have a full team. I have to refresh the page before I can add the new rider.
