I'm thinking of making stage 18 - the uphill ITT - my bonus stage. Miss out on 2 x assist points but more likely to have the favouites placing on it.
No breakaways.
Any thoughts?

Hey guys i've selected my riders but can't seem to be able to select a team. Anyone else having trouble? Also do we select a special stage and if so i can't find it as an option.

The obvious which I assume you've done:
To select both team and stage look to the top right of the My Team page and find "Rider/Team/Stage" . There is a drop down menu which should have "Riders" showing. Click on that and you can access "Team" and "Bonus Stage".
The glitch in the software:
It sometimes happens with me that when I try to change from "Riders" to "Team" or "Bonus Stage" I can have the labels appear in the menu window but no teams/stages appear. When that happens I refresh the page and then try again. If that doesn't work I have to close the browser and open it again to get them to appear.

Interesting and a good read. Here's something I found on another site. Interesting that Baden Cooke and this bloke think Sagan won't win Green.

Speaking of the site, seems they are running a Tipping Competition. Might be worth entering?

I've created a league in the Road Cycling UK one if people want to do two.

I'm on my phone and it doesn't give me that option on the drop down box.

Sorry, can't help you there. I use my laptop. I'm OK with that.
I've gone to my phone to check the site out but I can't even figure out how to bring a rider list up on the phone.

I notice we have a Lynx TM in our league. Welcome, whoever you may be.

Yep, only one sleep to go.
Must admit I am more interested in le Tour than I am in the footy atm. (At least until the Sainters play.)
Should be a good one - great list of both GC and sprint contenders.

One more question, I've completed everything and saved it but still says "Team not Complete" is that right. I'm guessing yes as it will be locked away once it starts.

@doddy2731
No, it should say "Team Complete".
Have you chosen both a Bonus Stage and a Team?
If you have, then try refreshing the page and see what happens.

At the moment I'm tossing up between two strategies. Load up the top line sprinters and hope the cheaper riders do something, or go for a consistent approach over the entire 9 riders plus team. It's hard to work out!

Given we have 8 trades for the first 7 stages and that the first few stages are for the sprinters, I am loading up with the top sprinters plus a couple that stage 2 might suit, eg Sagan and Matthews.
I do have one cheap-ish sprinter in McLay as he is the main sprinter for Fortuna - but I don't expect anything from him.
My cheapies are 2 climbers, Grmay and Benedetti, who I will probably not touch for the entire tour.

I've gone with an all round approach with some top line runners. Hope to grab points throughout with all my riders and not have to much dead wood. And with the trades we have we can be pretty aggressive during some parts of the tour.
