Welcome to my team Mr Heeney.

Went to game and watched very closely. More centre bounces than Hanners. Strong, fast, contested ball winner.

Lock Top 6 fwd from now on.

Mr Heeney is a welcome addition to my side as well. Lack of funds won't allow me to grab a mid I want so the next best thing is a quality fwd. Hampton to either Doch or Laird the other trade.

At this stage looking at EVW and Adams Hampton and Otten. EVW has had his first pay rise but didnt go up that much and his DPP will be helpful.

Hanging on to Beams atm, SPP may go next week to Myers, which should give me enough cash to get Bont if i trade Taranto

I'm welcoming a man who scored 70 odd points in the final term last week.... Elliot Yeo.

He was rebounding and even got a few centre bounce attendances.

I am considering Otten and Hampton to Docherty and Roberton this week. What are thoughts around Roberton do you think he continues his good scoring.

If he continues in the same role and Brown/Carlisle stay healthy, I don't see any reason why he shouldn't.

The only thing that may put me off is they share the same bye. Rd 11 bye is the hard one it seems. Blues, Saints, Swans, Dogs, Lions

I like the way Yeo going about it this year, unfortunately this week doesn't fit my structure to bring him in, most likely in the coming weeks he will though

Newman was in the best for the Swans in the 2s. Could come back

SPP, anyone trading him out after this week??

Hoping for Newman to come back in, but holding SPP for at least another week, focus on Hampton & Otten at the moment but Dan Houston also lingering on his BE

SPP plays the Lions this week, so should be good to go til the Power bye next weekend. I'm tempted to hold this week with SPP to Myers the week after. But Hampton B/E 91 down to someone.. perhaps.. EVW? Scrapping the barrel really.

I let Newman go early this week to get Bonti in and nabbed Melican. Horse just doesn't like NN for some reason? Hoping he doesn't come back and bite me now!

Assuming you meant they play Suns. Just hope he cracks a decent 60-70 to go up another 20k. Whitfield returns this week so Taranto's spot might come under fire and force us to trade him before SPP.

Just hope that Horse doesn't change a winning side as I also took the chance to offload NN.

Yeo or heeney?
Would probs take heeney if there were no byes coming up but Yeos round 12 bye is much more team friendly.

Heeney in my team this week and possibly McNeice if he is named. Otten and Hampton out.

I'm hoping to hold SPP for a while yet as he will be useful during the main bye rounds and I can cover him for his Rd 9 bye. My concern is that he doesn't go to china to give him a longer rest. I'll still hold him though.

Same. I plan on holding Swallow and SPP through the byes. Warm bodies at worst, solid scores at best. Will finish off my other lines during the byes and plan to come out of round 13 with a double midfield upgrade... And not many trades left!

Haha. I feel your pain on the trade numbers. I'm burning through them but am getting closer to full premium status. Aggressive trading has worked so far...

@Steve @AlLewis great strategy i think others should look at, having players that have had their bye should provide a bit of a leg up in round 11/12/13 provided you can generate cash elsewhere.
