GOLD Coast midfielder Jaeger O'Meara has been dealt another setback and will not make his comeback from knee surgery for another six weeks.
O'Meara ruptured his patella tendon last April and was set for a round one return at NEAFL level, but a recent arthroscope on the knee has cost him more time.
Suns coach Rodney Eade told AFL.com.au's First Bounce program that the former NAB Rising Star winner would now be likely to play at the lower level in "round four or five".
Have never started the year with Priddis but have always ended up with him in my team. From memory the last 2 years he has been super cheap around the byes
Like him. Get 22 games consistently. Tackles, clearances, contested possessions.
Has played 22, 22, 21, 20, 22, 19, 20, 18 & 22 (h & a) games since '06 (his debut year, where he played 2).
He nearly always has one shocking game, either through injury or tag, and drops by about 70-100k. Ill hold out until then.
I tried a couple of drafts with Priddis in but it didn't feel right. Upgrade target for me. He is on the rung with JPK and Beams (and Selwood this year due to injury interruption) for me. Just outside my starting side. If any of them are the right price at upgrade time I'll snap them up.
Anyone looking to get some form line from todays Cats v Dons match don't, it's bloody hot up this way and rotations will be high and 1/4's will be short.
Pendles will average about 5-10 points more than Parker and Shiel but they are $100K cheaper and will go up in price and become keepers.
Parker may play a couple of games up front that might hurt his scores
10 goals at half time, the Cats are all class and are running all over the Dons. Vardy looking Ok, Danger ruling the Mids and Hawkins is putting his hand up, getting up the ground look real fit too.

He must be due for an injury then....
If I recall correctly, he played for The Losers for all of 2016. Set & forget if you want him, but not for me this year (where is my loyalty).
