This is what I'm toying with currently. Outside Dusty and Barlow, I just can't pick any forwards over 400k with any confidence at all that they will be top 10 come end of the year. And because there's not 5 or 6 mid rookies screaming "pick me", it makes it much easier to load up on forward...

Libba is playing this weekend, they were just holding him back I think. He will be fine. The other 2 are coming nowhere near my team.

The problem is that all of Christensen, Zorko, Robinson and now Bell all can play that role. Would love to see Bundy do well but there's so many mid tier premos that will take points off each other. Stilll one to watch though.

I'm thinking of trying to head a similar way and go heavier on forward rookies than I already am. Not sure I can bring myself to go 2-0-6 though. I can't remember a year where we had so many viable forward rookies.

Kind of along the same lines as Danger, Sloane, Thomson and Jacobs over the last few years... Those 4 have been so dominant in a middle of the road side, so they would always take the lions share of the points. Geelong is a bit stronger all over the ground. Outside Danger and Selwood and rookies...

I've been playing around with either him or Parker in my side but can't seem to make it work. Love the way Ollie goes about it but I can see Parker having a Hannebery type year.

Would you take Gawn above any of Goldy, Stef, Sauce or Mummy? Maybe Mummy with his injury history... Gawn went on a tear over a few weeks last year but can he do that for a season?

There were good reasons to consider him but I never seriously thought about it. Kinda a shame that he went so terribly today, a lot will jump off him now.

Definitely worth considering though! He went on a good run towards the end of last year from memory, had 3 or 4 games in a row over 100. And he doesn't throw in the 50 scores like a lot of other backs.

Surely he gets rested... I couldn't see him playing more than 20 games, maybe even 18. With a perceived "soft draw", they will want to make sure the older guys down back (inc. Bartel and Mackie) are fresh.

Absolutely. He will take one of those forward spots. Gregson was pretty good for a first year player last year. I think it's his spot to lose tbh, even if Linc showed him up tonight.
