    Round 9 Trades

You'd need to trade 2 of Pickett or Balic, Eddy and Witts. You're best just to wait for teams as there are big question marks over Beams and Treloar. If one or both of Treloar/Beams doesn't play, you're best trading out both Balic and Pickett. Otherwise your best move (to avoid more donuts-...

    Round 8 Trades......

Reading up on Daniel Lloyd - sounds like he has the potential to be a better pick than Myers. Ticks a lot of boxes but of course GWS is a tough 22 to stick in.

    Round 8 Trades......

If I'm moving on from Treloar it'll be in round 13. Gives him enough time to turn it around. If he doesn't, smell ya later!

    Round 8 Trades......

I'm welcoming a man who scored 70 odd points in the final term last week.... Elliot Yeo. He was rebounding and even got a few centre bounce attendances.

    Round 7 Trades

Why not Otten? Theoretically Newman has a heap more cash to make and Otten will be close to maxed out after one more price movement. If he's out I'm cutting to the chase and trading him.

    Round 7 Trades

After jumping on the merry-go-round of forward premo options I think I've finally ended on Shaun Higgins. I feel like we are understating the risk on the guys like Yeo/JJK/Heeney and just looking at averages. Higgins I'd put in the same boat of risks but with a locked in midfield role and a...

I've heard he goes alright at the footy ball game.

    Round 7 Trades

I think the fact that it's in the same realm of injuries as his knee has me worried. He also had a quad injury at the Pies from what I understand. Add to that he's no certainty to be back after 2 weeks and that he didn't visibly twinge it during a game - very sticky situation.

    Round 7 Trades

Beams out for at least 2 weeks. Will be reassessed after that. Quad. Not good. http://www.lions.com.au/news/2017-05-03/beams-sidelined Initially thought it wasn't worth a trade, now thinking it is.

Much appreciated. Looks like Footywire is the way to go for non-gold people.

    Round 7 Trades

Do you have SC Gold? TS says it's only a $27k jump @ 107. I only ask because it could be a tight squeeze getting him in next week. He looked mighty good in week 1 with some intercept marks which I don't recall being a big feature of his game at Essendon.

    Round 7 Trades

I think I'm double downing this week. EVW and Parsons. Happy to wait a week on Hibberd and see if he can back it up, still great value at $430k. If he does, will probably be Bont and Hibberd straight in next week.

    Round 6 Discussion

Could get away with low impact. I'm thinking high contact, low (or medium) impact, intentional. With the poor record that's either 2 or 3. The Mummy tackle will be interesting. He might get a week seeing as Libba was concussed. A dangerous tackle doesn't need to be a spear: » The Player...

    Android app

I think I downloaded the app a few years ago and almost instantly uninstalled it. The mobile site is very usable, the app is redundant. Just use a mobile web browser :)

    Round 6 Trades

Thinking I might just sit pat with 100k in bank. Have started the season very well and a little nervy everyone around me will be accelerating their upgrades. It's not a bad problem to have... but the only guys I've even considered trading out are WHE and Pickett. Jezza Cameron tempts me, but...

    Upgrade Targets

He averaged 90 odd in the second half of last year. Is he going to be a top 6 defender? Possibly not. Would I use a trade to fix that? Hell no.

    Round 3 Trades

Ended up keeping Jones. 1st trade for the season was: GHS > Newman (via Adams) No Clayton Oliver for me... after much deliberation. I still think he has a good chance of breaking out early into super premo range.

    Round 3 Trades

Those rooks are coming too early (or late... depending how you look at it)!! I'd probably have slotted all 4 of them in my starting team if they were playing. They're all gonna be on the bubble at that awkward time of year before we start culling.

    Round 3 Trades

Another thought on Clayton Oliver: I don't think we've seen a player with his SC potential that has such a green light. Titch scored 104 in his '3rd' season (1st full)... but played the tagger every second week. Bont was about the same... but plays a lot more forward because he's so good...

    Round 3 Trades

The odds are very much against him. Second year players seldom make that jump. Is that going to deter me? Probably not... unless I find a better option.
