One of the top 20 leagues this week is named "18k". Pretty clear what their intention is!

I get the feeling that they wanted to award a prize for the number 1 league at the end of the season but realised that only a fairly limited group of dedicated supercoachers would be competing for that prize so they werent getting value for money. Awesome to have 20% of the top 100 leagues...

I took him in both my draft leagues but havent seriously considered him for Supercoach for the reasons mentioned above.

Just look at how few midfield rookies played 2 or 3 games compared to the forwards. That explains a lot about this season

I have considered him and that article does sound good. What do you think Norf's back 6 looks like? Does it include him? He seems to be competing with MacMillan, Atley, McDonald who would all probably have him covered at this stage.

Pretty much agree with that mate. I think he will play some games but he isnt a reliable best 22 unlike Brown and Hartley. He definitely wont be attending centre bounces when the midfielders come back into the team.

That's very similar to last year. I reckon there will be more changes than that

Missing: Stokes, Kelly, Goddard, Zerrett, Leuenberger, JoeyD, Gwilt, Parish, Zaka. Our best 4 players are in that list. So don't read too much into it IMO. Geelong did that to us last year when we didn't have any suspended players!

To me it seems like Barlow's bottom would still have him as a top 10 forward while his ceiling could have him top 1 or 2. At his price that seems like a really easy pick.
