The other day I ditched Dusty for Selwood to make the mids a bit deeper

This is exactly what I'm planning on. Even though he will clearly be underdone, Selwood cheaper than Dusty is madness.

Thinking about Montagna, convince me not to do it please

Only played 17 games last year. That's the only reason I'm not going with him. He's the Matthew Boyd of the forward line. Will have a high average but miss games. Might be worth getting him in later on when we have a decent f7/m9 cover.

I really like the Montagna pick I just feel he doesn't fit a good structure he will probally be top 10 fwds and will play 20games

I took him in both my draft leagues but havent seriously considered him for Supercoach for the reasons mentioned above.

Seriously considering Mitch Robinson at the minute. Matured (finally), voted into the Lions leadership group and will be playing almost as a pure midfielder. Can't see why this tackling machine won't average 100. Am I trying to hard to find a POD?

nup not trying too hard to look for a point of difference at all, I've been looking for a way to maybe get him over Hall... Don't think it'll happen but definitely want him

Well he had a very good finish to the season after Beams went down and Beams won't be back for 3 months+,

Doesn't seem much less likely than to break out than Hall, Gray, Greene.

I prefer mat jones actually. Considering him for petracca and missed adams due to my inept belief he would have a tough initiation against freo. Wrong there wasn't i.

Expected to play 4 weeks of VFL. Likely around R6 (unless there has been updated information).

I've heard a few different things, some people are saying he'll be in next round and some are saying a month. All depends who you believe

Petracca wont be rushed back, he wont be in the 1's for at least anither 3-4 weeks. Needs a good run in the 2's get some match fitness, now there is no sub, players will need to be ready to play a full game.

Apparently Roos said the same thing. Wouldn't expect to see him for at least 3 weeks which is almost perfect timing to start culling some of our cash cows.

So I am assuming you are keeping the faith in Barlow and as such why stick him on the bench if you think he will improve. For me it has to be the rookie in Papley. Up against the Giants also.
