I want to give a big congrats to everyone that has contributed over the preseason. The forum has been buzzing.

I have been stoked to see everyone be so supportive, helpful and willing to challenge each other with respect. Hopefully we are in for another big year!

We hope that you all decide to stick around for the whole season as trading is where the real edges can be found.

In terms of Round 1, big thing I noticed last night was the Tigers gave up a lot of points and didn't score much themselves, especially through the midfield. Last year I think they were the most miserly. Not sure what we can take from that, but maybe don't be too afraid of guys playing the Tigers in the early rounds and putting the C on them.

I've watched every second and only realised halfway through the 2nd quarter that he was on the field. He'll be in the NEAFL next week.

The only reason I doubt Gaz this game is if GC get 150 more touches than Essendon there's a chance a lot of scores are scaled down. (obviously you'd be dumb not to VC Gaz though)... It's not a big reason against him, but might have an effect
