Libba is still a lock in the middle, 2nd game back didn't show any signs of knee trouble and was quite often 3rd man up so he'll be right when the season proper rolls around.

Still in my team and will probably stay there. But still food for thought, especially about whether he'll be an M8 at the end of the year.

Libba shocking today. 41 points from 79% TOG. I only saw him once in the 2nd half, otherwise he was invisible.

All of a sudden the most popular pick is looking a little shaky...

Hope everyone jumps off, 2nd up of a year long injury just needed to get through the game, LOCK

I've got Gray in my side, big fan of the pick.
Had him in my first draft. Then read some stats (on another site) about his average with/without Wines playing that made me a little bit wary ... not in my starting side at the moment but on the next ring and in consideration if one of my starting picks fails to get up for round one.

Not sure many will jump off Libba because everyone will be hoping everyone else will jump off, gotta be a brave soul to hop off that train, I do hope people hop away though :)

There is no way you should jump off Liba. You know how he scores, you just want him out there in the NAB cup participating and not injurying himself

Veams with injury blow. Apparently has knee tendonitis and the club are unsure of his return date. Looks like Rich may get that run we want him to.
hmm yeah but now he is guarenteed to get the tag and his scores suffer

Thoughts on Treloar? persistent injury last year and still got a 105+ average, can he bump it up to 115?

I'm not sure all of Pendles, Sidearse and Treloar can average 115 in the same midfield. I would back the first 2 to do it before Treloar. A lot of other kids running through there as well... Adams, Crisp, Aish, Elliott, Fasolo, etc. I like the way Treloar goes about it but off a limited preseason and a packed midfield, I can't see him topping that 105 average by much, if at all.

Second that, I can see Sidebum average the highest this year. As you touched on Steve that midfield is loaded, and Sidebum plays an outside link-up roll picking up cheap ball, his DE is generally good. This fella is my smokey in the middle and currently under the radar.

With no Shiels for 6 weeks does Hartung come back in to consideration?

Sideboob has been locked in my side for a while now. Pendles will go where needed, possibly half-back a lot. Adams and Treloar will feed it out of the middle. Swan will be mostly up forward. Sideboob, with his gut running, will just roam through the middle gathering plenty of the pill and not much attention.

As Steve said, off a limited preseason you can't bet on Treloar. Maybe next year.

BTW, B.Crouch 40 touches in the SANFL warm-up game. Assuming he pulls up OK he's locked away in my team.

Not really convinced by him, think he's too injury prone to pick to much risk for not enough reward

I see what you guys are saying but I think Treloar's presence is going to affect Sidebottom and Pendles scoring, he'll take away from the little contested ball Sidebottom already wins already & will take mid minutes away from Pendles

Good points... This is why Pendles isn't in my side at the moment. Or Sidey. It's just starting to look like the Sydney midfield. 5 guns who will all average 100-110 but no uber elite 120 averages.
