Opponent has Ablett VC while I had Goldy, thought I was going to get a 70-80 point leg up but forgot just how good Gaz is. Just glad I have them both!

Yeah, bringing him this week was the right move. I'm going to go over mid 2000's this week. Goldy was used for the loophole and everyone has scored well.

I smarter than trading ablett in this week or hodge while his b/e was low. Waiting for gaj next week cheaper.....arhh.......
I instead thought that o/a is gone, going overseas In a couple of weeks do trade In some pods and hope Gaj and podgy spud It up. Great move so far. Ziebell and his 125 is the only redeeming feature atm. Looking like a 2475 ish which will be non competitive I think.

Simply put - he was the best, got injured, fyfe stars and gets voted best, GAJ returns and proves who is the best!

As I've said all along:
I like Ffye, think he's a star, but how can you say he is untaggable when no-one ever tries?
How would Fyfe go when he gets the attention Gaz does?
I think the last few weeks have answered that question.
There is only one Gaz!

Later: not saying Fyfe can't learn. Just saying he's not there, yet.

On Fyfe/Ablett again:
Noticed Lyon said that Freo would have to get better at protecting Fyfe just as Geelong had protected Gaz.
No mention of the lack of protection Gaz has had at the Suns.
I assume it was Lyon's back-handed way of saying that Fyfe is still young and learning his trade - just as Gaz was at Geelong.
