    Rookies 2016

Freeman himself said a few days ago that he still wanted to try and play AFL this year. Had 10 touches in the development league on the weekend after being cleared to play. Still a chance I think, but if he debuts it won't be til much later in the season.

    Midfield 2016

I think the biggest issue with murph is his role - watching Carlton games it doesn't seem like he's been in many centre bounce setups and his season heatmap thus far shows it. Comparing that to last season: I'm not sure exactly why he's not attending as many centre bounces, but if his...

    Heat Maps

Here's Merrett's combined heatmap for the first 2 games: Playing pure mid with almost nothing in the forward 50. This has me excited!

Hey mate, here's heeney: As before, I still can't manage to consistently get heat maps from players in the away team so someone else might have to get murph for you!

    Heat Maps

I think I posted JJ somewhere in my first few posts. Here is Mills: Is anyone else sometimes having issues viewing heat maps for players from the away team? It's driving me nuts. Can't get simmo's. Can someone else get his?

Yeo - not sure what to make of it just yet, but get the feeling he's Mr. Fix-it at the eagles and he'll go wherever he's required.

    Heat Maps

Robbie Gray - seem like he was spending large chunks forward and this confirms it but still has plenty of ball around the ground Travis Boak - squeezed out of the middle if this is anything to go by, though you'd have to think it surely won't stay like this for the season.

    Heat Maps

Dahlhaus - still attending centre bounces by the looks of it, despite Libba's return. Sam Gray - pure mid

    Heat Maps

Hall - pure mid (not that we needed any confirmation) Brad Crouch - plenty of centre bounce action (21 centre bounce attendences, equal with Sloane and only behind Scott Thompson)

Looks like Steele didn't continue the centre bounce role he had in the NAB.

    Heat Maps

Was looking through the "corrective trades" thread and @jazz suggested we should make a thread for heat maps. I'll get us started with some of the requests from @writeoff. My app is a bit strange sometimes and won't always let me open the heat maps from players in the away team, so I haven't...

Narrowed my equation down to 2 options after deciding I didn't want papley: Rich Nicnat S.Gray Vs Brodie Stef Buddy Is there a way to do a poll without starting a new thread?
