    Injuries

I don't know what's worse. Having all these injuries hit a week before byes or knowing that I now have to play TBC to cover up forward.

Aaron young would be a shoe in for the green I would've thought.

I wasn't even considering him but considering I've gone from 11 players mids last week to 7 this week (mckenzie, Biggs, krak and Rocky gone), he's looking pretty damn good at the moment!

My first thought was "surely this improves Amons JS". I think he becomes a much more tempting pick now.

Ive already got Dumont but Im not sold on Amons security. Id be trading Krak down to him and I think theyre both just as likely to be vested each week, if they play at all. Really need Steele to come in, was all over him in the preseason. Hopefully Lambert with his "1-2 weeks" is a good round 12...

    The Rockliff dilemma

Had thought about a quick cash grab to Wallis but dismissed it pretty early thinking that I was nuts. Then I listened to the podcast. Dammit.

    Is Clark Rubber?

Agreed. Ribs are ribs. Any foot or lower leg with someone with a history like that has to be taken care of properly. I think he was looked at then went back on and sat at full forward for a few mins. Couldn't make it to the next contest so the meds made the call to sit him out. Nothing soft...

Is Oxley Moron a Tragic Comedy?

Same jdog. Ideally going double upgrade on Oxley and saad in rd 12. Got an eye on Brodie Smith, only thing is there will be little to no formline on him. Also hoping Hodge has a down game this week so he becomes a bit more affordable.

    Bellchambers still...

He's sitting at r3 for me for the year now. He may be a total potato but at least he is best 22 and will play every week. Even if Brooksby keeps his spot I still would be more confident in having playing DPP cover with him on the bench. That said, he is right at the top of my "never again" lost...

    The Rockliff dilemma

If you've been conservative up to now then go nuts over the byes. Being top 10k and having trades to play with means you can really make a move over those 3 weeks especially if you've structured up well for the different weeks.

Yeah pretty bizarre round. I had 2271 with 11 scores between 25 and 78 and only 3 mids cracking the ton. So frustrating. Some massive scores around though. Bring on the byes!

    Mitch Wallis

I'd planned to drop Cripps to him and move Miller to Rocky. But once Cripps was pretty much Carltons last mid standing I decided to keep him and move on CEY instead. To Biggs. Who scored 20 as sub. From what I can work out, not going with my first plan has cost me about 130 points this week...

Marcus did. Anyone got him in their leagues? He's looking at a 2500+ this week!

Yep I went early on Biggs over Amon. With Krak starting as sub it means I've gotta put McKenzie on at M8 because I've also got Dumont on the bench... Looks like all 3 of my mid bench will be subs.

    Rd 9 Downgrades

Yep theyre all crazy haha... I see the reasoning though. I'm going early on Biggs. Ditching Miller for him which starts to clear up some major round 12 issues for me, and moving CEY to Rocky. Holding Cripps through the byes, I think he's got more in him. Amon would probably be the best bet if...

    Selwood

At this price you can afford to wait on him until he busts out a big score and still get him in then. This is the first year I've started him because I thought he would be far and away Geelongs best mid this year. He still might be but I've learned my lesson and won't ever start him again. I...

    Mitch Wallis

If Biggs had played 2 games then it would be a no brainer. He was in all my pre-season teams so I'm keen on him. The Wallis move interests me though because that gives me enough to ditch Miller (who I need out before his bye) for Rocky which I really would love to get done this week. I'm pretty...

    Bellchambers still...

Finally got him off the field this week and got Jacobs in. Unfortunately my ruck line still carried a shocking score (thanks Goldy) but keeping TBC at F7 was always the plan. He can stay there with all the other 50s my bench pulls every week.
