Thanks for that Grater: Triple Crown is better than grand slam. I knew it had a name but I just couldn't remember it last night. Are the points for the green worth keeping Sagan? yes, points for winning it back but those for keeping it? Was it me I would keep him until after Stage 15, the next...

Sorry, wasn't clear enough: Contador has the chance to hold the slam - all 3 at the same time. Don't know if anyone has done that. Have they, do you know? Did the great Eddie Merckx? Did think of Gesink but at 5m was a little too much for a guy who has the pedigree but hasn't really performed...

Looks like it's Froome's to lose after that stage. Of course, it was only one climb and things may go differently in the next couple of days with multiple climbs but it doesn't seem likely. Wondered if the Giro would take it out of Contador - it has in the past - but I did think that he...

I got Kangert mainly because although he looks after Nibali he also finishes fairly close up a lot of the time. Bakelants I already had. I had to keep one of my cheap picks and he seemed the best. The rest were out-and-out sprinters.

Grater: Team looks good. No trades left for me either. Team slightly different to yours. Van Garderen , Froome, Quintana and Contador Arredondo and Sicard Maintjes and Kangert Bakelants Had to keep Etixx as no trades left. Main change I would make would be to include Barguil instead of Kangert...

Sky has a trailer, mobile home, that they want their main rider to use as "home" during grand tours in order not to have to pack/unpack each day, sleep in the same bed every night and not to have put up with hotels etc. Riders have officially been banned from using them for this tour. They must...

Sorry FG, only equal 10th. Not that that isn't pretty good. :) We're doing something right. Thanks for that, too. I never thought to check how we were doing, comparative to the other leagues. doddy: go to the "league" drop-down menu and 3rd option down is the "league of leagues".

Quite a TTT: 1 sec, 4 sec and 23 sec You were (almost) right about Tinkoff-Saxo.

My big four are Froome/Contador/Quintana/Van Garderen. I really hoped Nibali would do well as I like the way he attacks races but he really hasn't looked the goods so far this tour. Rodriguez has a good Grand Tour history but never won and he's getting old. So I think I'll avoid him. Van...

Love it. What a great profile. Since I've had access to Foxtel I've been able to watch the Vuelta too. Prefer the Girio but still happy to watch. Was going to trade-in Tejay once I realised Greipel had lost the green but got to the site too late.

I'm with doddy, hope all is good now. Fantasy is fun but not a priority when life calls. Glad to help you to your first RDT win. Both my RDT and SC have been ruined by injuries this year, but I strive.

Grater: I started by following Le Tour but once I discovered the classics! Well! Then got a bit bored with the flat stage, the sameness, the lack of individual risk-taking in the tour. Love it when a GC contender really takes it up, eg Nibali last year. But for so long only got Le Tour on TV and...

#Grater: You seem to really know your cycling. Do you follow the cycling in general or just Le Tour? I prefer the one-day classics, myself. Do you ride yourself? Later: You beat me by 3 points in RDT. Beams as your "C" killed my Lewis as "C".

Normally you'd think Etixx and Orica would be among the favourites but Etix have lost their best in Tony Martin and Orica have 3 riders out due to crashes which pretty much ruins the chances of both. Have to agree with Grater: 1. BMC; 2/3. Sky/Movistar Don't really know enough to judge between...

I brought in some cheap climber types and went Tony Martin-Froome. Like you FG, for the points for yellow and also because I think he'll do well tonight. Waiting on picking other top climbers until after the Team Time Trial because: Want to see who does well tonight. Evans won here when he won...

I just had a look and I don't think you've done too bad: Froome, Rodriguez and Valverde all GC contendors; Dan Martin and Gallopin for next few stages but also GC, if not favourites rest cheapies For what my opinion is worth.
