Traded in Sagan and Degenkolb. No more trades until after the rest day.
Maybe switch Etixx to MTN Qhubeka. Gives me more cash to play with and like their style - they really go for break-aways.
Alp d'Huez is my double-points stage. Saving trades to get the best GC for that.

Looks like fell short of the 2,600 Grater. Pity. Still a really good score.
My best this week was 2,376 in RDT. And that was with Rocky as "C" with Goldy and Gaz both in my team.

I got 2650

50 short of my mark. Hopefully I am in the top 100 for the week.

Hey FG, did you manage to watch the Lions match today? Did the jumper bring a tear to the eye? Almost did to mine and I'm a Sainter! God it took me back.

Yeah, I figured a score of 2800 would win it.

520 was my rank for the week in my highest score ever. It's interesting. Last year in one round (around this time) I was ranked 120th. So I beat my highest score this year so hopefully before the end of the season I can beat my highest rank.

27 riders are in the break. They have 45 seconds but Katusha are chasing because they want a small break so other teams help the chase and want to set it up for Kristoff and know that Rodriguez has fuck all chance of winning this stage.

Lieuwe Westra (Astana), Alexis Vuillermoz (AG2R-La Mondiale), Thibaut Pinot (FDJ), Michael Rogers and Peter Sagan (Tinkoff), Winner Anacona and José Herrada (Movistar), Lars Bak and Thomas De Gendt (Lotto-Soudal), Simon Geschke (Giant), Purito Rodriguez (Katusha), Adam Yates (Orica), Michal Kwiatkowski, Matteo Trentin and Rigo Uran (Etixx), Cyril Gautier and Perrig Quémeneur (Europcar), Steven Kruijswijk (LottoNL), Bob Jungels (Trek), Kristjian Durasek and Ruben Plaza (Lampre), Andrew Talansky, Ryder Hesjedal and Dylan van Baarle (Cannondale), Nicolas Edet (Cofidis), Paul Voss (Bora) and Serge Pauwels (MTN).

So I don't think this break will get away but it would be great if it did.

Yeah I was there but it was such a terrible game that it wasn't very enjoyable. Always love seeing the Fitzroy jumper as well as any recognition of the Fitzroy heritage.

Are the Alpecin ads serious?
Kittel: I just like the feeling of thick hair. Is OK
Degenkolb: I leave it on for 2 minutes. ??????

Do you remember the Sizzler ads that they used to have during TDF a few years ago?

They were crap but good at the same time a bit like these Alpecin ads.

I think it was the Sizzler ads that got @Grater interested in TDF in the first place...

Don't remember them. Well, maybe if prompted. Could have been watching on Eurosport/Fox so different ads?
Only SBS this year, unfortunately.
