Surely horse has to leave him in now? Id love to get him in but have so little confidence in his ability to stay in the side. At that price surely its worth the risk though...

I had him all preseason on the assumption he would play from rnd 1 only to see Heeney, Cunningham, Lloyd get the gig over him.

It worries me his JS, but what choice do you have. A 400k player with mpp who we know can avg 100+ over a period of 15+ games.

If thats not a definite trade in I dont know what is.

Only reasons I can see not to do it is if it doesn't fit your bye structure because you are buying him as a keeper at 400k
if you have other more important issues or
if you don't see him as at least an F6 at best which I think he scores well enough to be.

Heeney to Mitchell at a cost of 170k ish is now looking the go, wonder how many times that trade gets done this week? My guess is 14,000 +/- 500. Just for arguments sake

Is TMitch relevant?? Is his JS all but secured now Heeney is out?? Or jump on and ride the TMitch wave for 4-6 weeks then trade upgrade him to a FWD keeper?? At $405k he seems to good to pass up. JS the big worry. Cmon Horse state to all of us SCers you are going to play him all year and put us out of our misery!!

I'm thinking of trading Rich for Mitchell with the idea of swinging him forward later in the season.... Unless anyone on here would advise against it.

I'm temporarily putting Mitchell into my mids for Sloane. Next week I plan to upgrade Hogan to a mid premium which will switch Mitchell forward however I'll still have Kraks in my mids.

I just have a bad feeling about Mitchell for some reason I don't trust him yet, although I cant really talk as i traded ziebell in last week :/ he could be an absolute jet though. I don't wanna down Sloane to him id rather go Priddis or JPK and get that set and forget premium & mckenzie is a must so looks like a bypass on T Mitchell. Could come back to bite me, but i guess i don;t really have a choice due to the carnage.

Trading out Sloane and Heeney ( like most people )
Was going to trade in Pendlebury but after listening to the podcast thinking of going to Tom Mitchell / Mckenzie .
leaves me with $320 000 in the bank .... very tempting as the Pend trade leaves me only $90 000

As long as it doesn't make you too round 12 heavy for the byes, don't see a problem with it.

I agree but had to do injury trades this week, with Mitchell in the bubble he had to come in. Will do Rookie to Premo upgrade (Newton to Priddis/Pendles) next week.

I already have Gray, Dusty, Bennell, Swan and Goddard. If I get Mitchell this week my forward line will essentially be done. Is it too early to have the forward line right up to F6? Should I leave my F6 vacant in case someone comes along or breaks out? I always pencilled in Buddy as my F6 one day but now rethinking

For what's its worth, bringing in Mitchell would leave me with Gray and Mitchell in the midfield for the time being.
