Our teams are going to be PIMPED next year..

(Using 2015 Magic Number for illustrative purposes, and obviously dependent on performance over rest of 2015: )
(1) Assuming previously used 30% discount for missing whole season, Libba would be ~$415k (priced to average 77), O'Meara ~$368k (68), and Trengove (if he can get back) ~$191k (36);
(2) Rockliff - if you assume he plays another 8 games this season (4-6 weeks away) and averages 120 over that period he would be priced at ~$537k (100);
(3) Bartel - still out another several weeks, if he played 6 more games and averaged 90, he'd hopefully get a 10% discount (for 8 games played) and then be priced at ~$371k (71) - probably a lock if still a FWD;
(4) Less lock-able but still tasty,
* Prestia would be ~$482k (90) with a 10% discount for ending his season on 8 games,
* Duncan would be ~$458k (85) with same 10% discount if he doesn't play another game (10-12 weeks away),
* B.Crouch hasn't re-emerged yet and hopefully can get a discount for playing <10 games, and finally
* D.Swallow (indefinite) and Conca (5-7 weeks away, does he even get back?) could also be discounted
(5) And of course at this point GAJ is likely to be priced at unders for what we all know he can deliver when fit

Add in that Petracca should be priced like a ~$120k rookie, and 2016 is looking rosy indeed..

Only 9.5 months to go...

That all sounds great. Should make it easy to find some midprice gold. But remember there were a few guys we were looking forward to being cheap this year, like Wells, Montagna, Johnson, Watson...

Oh certainly a lot can change over the rest of the season and post/pre season too, just thought i'd share... And yes, my early thinking about 2016 may indeed be correlated with my dismal 2015 ;-)

Main thing I'm looking forward to in 2016 is the damn sub rule being gone. Lingy suggested last night that it be scrapped after the bye rounds, and I couldn't agree more.

100% J-Dog on top of it being plain stupid, fitness wise it's just not good for the player.
Bring the interchange cap down to 100 or even 80 if you have too.

With the way Goldy is going, it is lucky there will be some cheap quality premos next year. He will be priced around 715k next week with a BE in the 60's it has been calculated.

If Goldy and Nic Nat keep up their high scoring for the rest of the season, it'sgoing to cost a shit load to start with them next season.

Mummy should come back cheaper. Jacobs isnt having a terrible year but throws up the odd stinker to keep his price down. There will still be options but itll be tough to get on those 2.

Leuenberger will most likely be underpriced as a R/F if he ends up going somewhere else and getting the #1 ruck role.

Hmm an underpriced R/F assuming a #1 ruck role who should average 80 and allow an easy premo upgrade for the byes... Sounds familiar!

Imagine trying to start Goldy, Fyfe, and Gaz next year. 20% of the cap on three players!

Leuenberger has a prior record of being able to score consistently with premium numbers, unlike TBC. He is also a genuine #1 ruck.

Evidently not "an underpriced R/F assuming a #1 ruck role who should average 80", then ...
