If only were could do a "Deputy Vice Captain" like we used to in primary school. Then I'd just go Danger into Hanners into Pendles ...

Want to be the C on Zorko as the most reliable option this week. Thus it's VC on Goldy unless he doesn't play.

Avoiding Danger as tagged out of it by Coniglio last time. Gawn maybe, but Hawks tend not to give up big ruck scores and plays same time as Zorko. Only other option I like is Titch in the wet.

Im going to stick with pendles as i only had wells on friday night, should of put the vc on him but with only Bken not playing and planning on trading him i would have no choice anyway as no non-players except houli and menapoo which dont work anyway.

Cactus - i was away o/s when Houli got injured and when i got back was going to do him to simpson but used him for a loophole in def so no harm no foul. He goes next week.

Doddy - how bad is the weather over east today? Heard shocking if so im thinking maybe one of my blue boys doc / cripps as they are at etihad??? Wish id put the C on the doc the last three weeks - might give it a miss though as he must be due an ordinary game soon.

Overcast and damp in Geelong (so I'm guessing the same in Melb). Torrential rain and gale force winds forecast for Brisbane and Gold Coast. Its supposed to clear up later in Victoria so Danger should still be a good VC option.

East coast wet and wild! Apparently it will get worse as the day wears on. As Steve mentioned Vic is damp too so any contested type player would be a good option today.

Rain supposed to clear up this evening for the Gold Coast game. It's very very wet up here though so the ground will be potentially underwater still. Not sure what the drainage is like at Metricon...
