Hello guys and gals. I discovered the podcast at the start of this season and have loved it all year. finally have come on the the website to become more a part of this awesome community. Hoping to be apart of a few of these prestigious leagues next year. I finished a far and away personal best this season, ending up at 68 overall and the podcast was always great for advice and second opinions. Hope you guys continue the podcast next year!

Was expecting to listen to the last podcast wednesday sept 1? Facebook said it was coming but it never did as far as I know?

There was definitely meant to be a do so podcast, not sure what's happened to it. I know Marcus had a decent final round but I think Donk had a shocker so maybe they went into hiding haha. Would still be interested to have a listen and see what their learnings were from the year.

One of my never again is Hodge, the risk just totally out weighs the reward.

I don't think anyone I picked this season would be blacklisted. Brodie smith is borderline but I think 2 concussions in quick succession is really what broke down his season. He started finding his confidence in the last few weeks. Could be a bargain next season.

Not sure about blacklisted but I'm going to try to be a bit more careful picking veterans coming towards the end. Bartel and Kelly didn't work out and had the same problem with Cox last year.

Yep, Smith a lock, Ablett a lock, Libba a lock, Menzel a lock... and if Dogs get Stefan Martin especially if he has ruc/fwd capability he'll be a lock

I think he's close to a lock if he stays at the Lions. Can't see him scoring more if he moves to the Bulldogs - would imagine it would be the same as how he's gone at the Lions as #1 ruck.

Don't think he'll be R/F as he didn't spend much time up forward this year.

when i read this i was like nah it was cheaper then that! turns out he really boosted his average late 410-415k should be about bang on. was hoping he would be a prospect under 400k

This year i ended up better happy with my mid-prices i started with, and with the form the Smith is finishing with iwill be happy to lock him in from the start.
D1 & D2 for next year will be Heater and Smith.
