So having second thoughts on AJ, on one hand he is a great choice for captain this week, but bring him in for one week is one thing that should be avoided.

So thinking Gliddon and Worthington, for Weasley and CJ

Understand your point, but I'm worried that not owning AJ this weekend could cost a healthy amount of points. There's no doubt that a lot of teams near the top will have him (some already do). He's not really the kind of player I'm keen to gamble against. The added bonus is that he will most likely make a quick 10k!

Can't argue against logic, i suppose that i do have a team ready to go next week so only one trade next week for AJ isn't to bad.

AJ / Sobey in for me, McKay / Craig out. Need the C on AJ, especially after what Harris served up last week.

Yeah Lisch killed my week, after making my week the one before. Will watch him closely this week, but think he'll probably miss by all reports. Will be looking to grab some more Sydney guys with the next 4 weeks as doubles and the fact that they're really good.

Nice work guy's back to #1 spot.

My biggest question I have this week is do I hold AJ.
Lot of coin sitting there but he can score as much as someone on a DBL.

I have brought in Mitchell for Anderson yes he hasn't topped out yet but I stand to only miss around $5k if he hits his BE, others on my bench stand to make much more so I don't mind.

Harris is the other I need to move on, not sure for who yet, tossing up between Blake, Lisch (?), Penny or Abercrombie.

Decisions, decisions.

Ok brought in Abercrombie my next decision is who i bench out of Gliddon and Abercrombie.
Personally would bench Gliddon. He's doing very little offensively at the moment so I can't see a massive score coming from him.

That's how i ended up going, i think Abercrombie has a little more up side than Gliddon.
Cairns find it fairly hard to put sides to the sword too... I doubt there will be many DT-relevant players coming outta Cairns this year.

So is Lisch a must have? I don't like saying that but his points out way the fact I could get him another $5k cheaper next week.
Also trying to think a way to get Pledger in, Bairstow will most likely make way for him, although the Bullets have a double his BE is around 70. Or I go AJ out, don't really like that idea but he just doesn't seem to be the same beast of consistency as in previous years.

Personally I wouldn't wait a week on a player like Lisch for the sake of 5k. 15-25k I could understand, but not 5k. That's my take on it anyway. I watch him very closely every week, and I swear he has a 60 or 70 in him soon. Just needs to go 5/7 from downtown one day. I've also noticed that, in the last couple of weeks, he has 'lost' a few points through his teammates missing shots that, if they hit them, Lisch would have been credited with an assist. He's usually good for a couple of steals and generally shoots FTs very well, although he's missed a few lately.

As for AJ, he just doesn't seem value to me at his current price. It was a one-off to bring him in as captain the other day, but apart from that, I need to see him a bit cheaper before I go there. Sure, he'll burn me occasionally for not owning him, but I'm gambling that those weeks will be few and far between.

As for Bairstow, I think I'm losing him this week despite his double. Bringing in Pledger (I think) in his place who also has a double, but a much more favourable breakeven, and, is a starter (although he often doesn't play many minutes and I'll be happy to dump him once his price flattens out). I just need some quick cash grabs after missing the Sobey train.

Same here on Lisch and AJ. I think Lisch is my fave player in the league. So efficient. Plays big minutes. Gets steals. Hits threes. AJ doesn't seem quite the same year. He has a bit more backup this year in Kay and Holyfield. And Clarke / Harris don't open things up like Lisch / Penney did last year. Hawks aren't quite the same in general.

Yeah you're right, they're a bit of a rabble the Hawks. I think they will improve though.

Agree with both the guys above on both Lisch and AJ. Worth noting AJ minutes are down a little this season too with the extra support the guys point out.

If your wanting AJ for next weeks double it's probably better to keep him though if you have other ways to get it done.
