Had dropped to 13th in the race for 5k but was looking ok with the big 6 - Chill, AJ, Lisch, Penney (who I ended up trading), DJ, Randle - ready for the run home...
Shit lucky I'm a sucker and must trade and look as soon as the lockout is over. I didn't realise there was a Monday game.
Yeah reckon there's a few out there who missed. Prather being a late out could've hurt some too. Just Penney in for Gliddon here. Got 4 trades left for the last two weeks & hoping to finish the year top 20.
Top 20 would be a great result, how's the other guys going?
I'm sitting around 250 reasonably happy with that as I'm a virgin to this format.
Unlike the T20 game I will play this next year though.
I have 3 trades leading into the last 2 weeks but team is set with players on doubles. I did the unthinkable a went Jackson>Beal who played quite well last night and opened up some big coin for some big upgrades to finish with a wet sail. If I can nudge top 150 i'll see that as a win.

Yeah I reckon Beal was a good pick at that price. You've done well in this comp first-up. It's a ripping format and the league is the best it's been in ages. Keffa is still in the 40's and Hondo in the 50's. Hawker coming home strong after a tough start too.
Word on the street Randle is stuffed and wont be playing for the next 2-3 weeks.

Mate I thought Beal was a good get...hopefully he pulls thru for you in the last fortnight. Randle might put a few teams in strife who have burned all their trades.
That's what I'm hoping I got a few up my sleeve for the run home, for once I actually had some self control.
Although the control cam e from electric shocks each time I pressed the trade button! lol
Well I was reasonably happy with my 1st crack at NBL DT and with O/A finish, ended on 362 but slowly fell roughly 30 spots over the last 3 rounds. Really enjoyed this for something different and will definitely play again next year. How did all you guys finish up?
Finished 46th. @TwentyThree was just outside the top 10, and the other boys finished respectfully too
