494 and up to 1484

Pretty decent - Bravo and Lumb pumped up my score last night

The Dunk over Haddin play COULD have been great.

Did well guys, I got a hiding this week from numerous under achievers.
I'm going Cutting this round, so probably best you stayed well away from him! lol

Only 400 here. Would've been worse if not for the late catch and run-out from my captain Finch. Looking at losing Bird, Maddinson, Bird for Cutting...maybe Lynn, Ross...

I feel Maddinson having a BIG game soon, I'm talking an 70-80 runs game

Hope your right, I held him thinking the same.
I'm thinking Marsh>Maxwell, Hodge>Floros not to sure about third as yet but freed up some coin with Floros so may look to get Russ but not to sure as yet.

Russ 100% worth it, hasn't had an awesome go at batting yet, and still scoring insanely, when he gets a bat and gets over 40-50 runs, we'll see a genuinely massive score... to think there's still upside to a guy averaging over 90 is nuts

My main concern this round is who to throw on the side lines. Finch has a spot for obvious reasons but, the other will be between Lumb, Maddinson and Hopes. Now my judgement has been pretty poor so for, Hopes on a double but looked crap, Lumb a ripper of a knock and Maddinson due. What to do?

I think I might try and build some cash to do some re-structuring...Maddinson / Bird / Abbott out for Cutting (captain on a double) / Floros (cheap all-rounder on a double) / Bancroft (super cheap, keeping, upcoming double, no byes, team losing multiple bats to Test team). Leaves me with 65k in the bank and this team...

KP, Stoinis, Lumb, Willey, Klinger (Finch, Bancroft).
Peirson (Haddin).
Faulkener, Hastings, Fekete, Floros, Cutting (Hogg, Paris).

@Hondo Rainbird scored well but looked lucky...got hit a bit and his wickets were more the batsmen getting themselves out. However Floros won't always bat at 3, nor always bowl all his overs...I think I'll go Floros cos of their double, thats all I'm splitting them on.

@doddy2731 Hopes looked awful I agree! I think he's finished as a batter, he's an all-rounder in name early. I guess on a double you probs have to play him. Lumb is openin and in form...I'm dumping Maddinson myself.

I say field Hopes and Lumb, Field Maddinson next week on his double, not worth the risk on the single over Lumb I don't think

So I have re-evaluated and gone Hopes>Floros, Hodge>Russ and Maddinson>Maxwell.

Team : Russ, Lumb, Ross, Watson, Floros (Finch, Maxy)
Haddin (Dunk)
Faulkner, Cutting, Botha, Willey, Marsh (Richo,Walker)

I'm pretty happy with this line up, bench warmers may/will change, but Marsh will be gone if he doesn't pull his finger out this round. Double or not next round.

The Age is reporting that Shaun Marsh has been dropped (rightfully) for the returning Khawaja. Reckon he's a vital one to find room for on the Scorchers double.
