At this stage I have Lynn and Steketee for R3
R4 (7):
Renegades - Bravo and Finch
Sixers - Lumb, Maddinson, Haddin and Bird
Scorchers - Willey
With 6 trades to use by R4. I am wary of the Heat double in R3. I'll probably grab Cutting but not keen to overload on them because I think the team is a bit average. I'd rather focus on Russell types - single game big guns.
I'm trading 3 Heat straight to 3 Renegades between 3-4, as Renegades come off a bye, and Heat about to go into one

So you're picking 5-6 Heat players for R3. Simmons, Lynn, Cutting plus the two cheap bowlers?
I have to use one trade next week on Russell who looks a must so that limits the number of Heat players I can grab but yeah as said just a bit unsure on overloading on them. They play Perth away and Hobart at home.
I traded in Badree and Cutting this week, already had Lynn and I have Steketee and Feketee on the bench... I count Steketee and Feketee when I said 5-6

Because I will be away and working off my phone for R3 I tried to map out some trades so I am not caught without time to think and geez it's a bit tough actually.
I found myself losing Watto after initially thinking I'd hold him throughout. That's due to wanting to get Russell and then run him as a single game starter every week. Like M4TT said it became obvious that some or all Sixers have to go starting a transition to Heat and Scorchers. Even though the Sixers have that R4 double they share it with Scorchers and Renegades with the latter two not having any more byes for the season. The Sixers don't play at all through R5-6.

Yeah i off loaded a couple of sixes already due to form, pick up a couple of Scorchers and already had a couple of Strikers and Heat with the mind set that they will be keepers. I took an initial hit with less starters on doubles but has allowed me to free up trades and to use for swinging between the inform players.
Sanga looks the goods. Would love to know how the Canes get around this Dunk/Paine selection, so we would have more of an idea which to use for a keeper.
Take 55 captain from Sangakarra or go with Henriques... at the moment I'm thinking Henriques
Gee it's a toughy, there's talk around that 50+ from your VC is good, but the H could get wickets and runs. Your call mate, i'm chancing my VC Ross for Finchy.

Only reason he missed the first game was suspension, he has had little injuries recently but he played fine in the 2nd game, just went out quickly batting so got his score from catches

Wow disaster of a night for me. Mennie and Steketee out forced a donut. Then Dunk 17 and Lynn 1. Christian showed why the all-rounders are so important, even on singles, and Lynn showed why a straight batter just can kill you.
