FWD Rookies

Is there any fwd rookies on the horizon? I'm toying with the idea of bringing in Lambert hoping he'll be back in the Richmond line up if not....Its risky but I have no other option.

Ciaran Byrne is apparently back fit for Carlton. He played one game earlier this year but tweaked a hammy and has been out ever since. Fwd/def and 123k. I got on him before his first game (for Goodes) and have held him since but if he gets another game this week he will come into a lot of sides.

Steele is really close for GWS.

Really hope Steele can cement a spot post-byes. He will be in 80% if teams if he does but even averaging 60, he will provide awesome cover and flexibility. Fingers crossed.

I've been looking at Byrne, there's also Fantasia but he has the bye this week

also Tom Lamb is set to return for West Coast in 2-3 weeks or so if he goes straight into the side... lots of talent, a lot of teams had him round 1

Now Darling is back it is hard to see Lamb getting a regular game.
Steele I am staying clear of because I doubt if he will get many games and if he does will probably be as a sub.
Fantasia is one I am looking at but is his spot secure? No CP at all on the week-end even with 20 possies.
2-metre Peter (Wright) of the Suns is another. He is pricey at $187,300 but as a f/r could be handy.

McClean from the dogs but don't trust his JS, I jumped on Lambert last week so hopefully he gets a run soon. Hoping Steele gets named with Coniglio out.

Would be nice if his highest score was more than 35 to be honest with a BE of 40+ and 2 scores or 35 and 30 doesn't look great to me

I really liked what I saw of Byrne. I'm holding off on fwd downgrades in the hope he returns soon.

Think it might be. He's on the injury list as being one week away unfortunately.

Always hard to jump on a rookie that hasn't played yet, but Jack Steele will reportedly play this weekend and he has been performing very well in the reserves. With the Coniglio injury, he may see some time in the middle of the ground also. He is a DPP MID/FWD option that could prove to be a handy pickup in 2 weeks time!
