Who should coach Carlton next year?

More chance of hell freezing over before Ratten would go back to Carlton.

    Tom Mitchell

Mitchell is definitely risk/reward but its a risk I am willing to take. If he gets dropped so be it, but I don't want to be wishing I had jumped on him when it's rd 14 and avging 105. I am in the same situation RichardC. I picked up Bont last week and Mitch finishes off my forward line. Rd 7...

As long as it doesn't make you too round 12 heavy for the byes, don't see a problem with it.

Sounds good to me Mick. Im replacing Hogan with Mitchell and swinging Krak fwd.

    Injuries

Had a topic on last forum about injuries and with the way this season is going we need it. To kick things off, Eade has said Saad won't play this weekend due to a hip niggle. 1 week apparently. Glenn has ended training early with an ankle issue so may be in some doubt also.

    Sloane injury

The end of last year was painful with all the carnage at once. This year it is just prolonged torture.

    Round 7 trades

Yeah he is great value, but as a Parker owner he has been so frustrating so far.

    Round 7 trades

    JPK. More consistent than Parker.

    Downgrade targets

We were hoping Freeman would get a run but doesn't look likely now. Gone into surgery on troublesome hammy. http://www.collingwoodfc.com.au/video/2015-05-11/blackmores-injury-update-round-six

    Sloane injury

I am holding at this stage. Not so much because of his price drop but more the fact I am aiming to just win my money league. The mid bench is sparse with Lewis, Sloane and CEY warming their behinds. Would rather continue to build my side and hopefully jag some league wins to keep me in contention.

    Sloane injury

Well this blows. So many injuries requiring trades just to keep a side on the park.

    Round 7 trades

Really liked Fisher in the preseason but ultimately chose Newnes as my D4. Hingsight is a wonderful thing. Great pick if he can stay injury free.

    Round 7 trades

Alo got my eye on Lever although Henderson's return may push him out.

    Round 7 trades

Lots of activity starting to happen on the trades front. Heeney out for 4-6, Hogan with a BE of 77, McIntosh almost ripe, McKenzie & Glenn on the bubble, Mitchell's surely better JS. I'm torn between Glenn and T.Mitchell. Who I choose will effect the player I trade out for McKenzie. Who is...

    Sloan - Heeney

If I had hair, I would be pulling it out. So much bad luck. Agree with Judder. Previous years we have worried when are the rookies coming through so we can downgrade. They always appear though. I was looking at McIntosh to mcKenzie but that won't give me enough cash to go Heeney to Mitchell...

    James Kelly HOLD or TRADE

Did the same trade and concur with your sentiments. I think the cats will take a conservative approach with Kelly and think it will be about 6 weeks also.

    Hibberd

I picked up McD this week and very happy with him. For some reason I have never really rated Hibberd. He has burnt me a couple of times so wasn't really keen on him this year.

    Most value

Holding CEY as well. If you were going to get rid of him, it had to be this week imo. Will assess the Heeney situation once lockout is over.
  19. Dino

    Tom Mitchell

Surely his JS is safe now especially with reports that Heeney will miss 4-6 weeks with his knee.

    Mitch Clark

Yeah you hear stuff like the someone in the crowd said something to him but seriously I think it was just a moment and thats all it was.
