I think its because not many have him. I got him in. Knew he wouldn't set the world on fire, but hoping he would make about 150K and provide some cover at least. Ticked all the boxes so far.

If it was me, I would keep improving your team by upgrading Hartley and take the donut from Goldy. Hopefully you have got your opponent covered and they are in the same position.
