Got a feeling it's closer to four games missed (three and the bye, really). I've kept him in my team, so I'm hoping he'll go well!

I am on 756 points in 76th place. The leader has opened up a gap of around 200 points from where I am at 926.

Still going ok but a bit annoyed that Dumolin, Martin, Thomas and Froome finished in the points after I traded them out. My team is all sprinters, virtually. Not the best courses for sprinters but thought I'd take the punt regardless.

Nah usually you can only win prizes if you're in the country that the comp is held in.

I made my trades on laptop - can't do it over phone. Must be something to do with Flash.

The prizes aren't even all that crash hot in this comp. I remember the first year of the SBS one and I managed to finish Top 10 even though I had little idea about TDF (I got lucky because I read the rules of the comp, which were hard to follow, and also had some lucky picks that went well like...

    Ablett...

Using the calculator on tooserious it looks like Ablett will steady at around $655k if he scores say 135 in each of the next two weeks.

In another section it says I am on 636 points (which must be doubled for the bonus stage) and that I am ranked about 44th out of around 5000. Still can't make any trades - might try on the laptop.

Another one is to look at past results from last year's TdF and the Giro, although, some riders will have set themselves for the Giro and not the TdF.

I am on 318 points. Looks like the World Rankings hasn't yet updated properly - looks like the site is running the old version of the software engine rather than the updated one that SBS had last year. Trying to make some trades but the site keeps on saying an error has occurred.

    Ablett...

Unless there's an injury to another premium midfielder, I'm likely to wait until he has bottomed out, which may still take another 2-3 weeks. By that time we'll have a very good idea of his physical resilience and whether GC's form will impact upon his scoring one way or the other (although, it...
