    Trades before round 3

Hard to split. Oliver will average the most at season's end, but also the most expensive. All 3 are probably as cheap as you'll get unless affected by injury/concussion, which are all equally likely. On that basis, you'd have to go Oliver, Jelwood, Parker in that order.

    Round 2 discussion

Undecided on Bonner. I have one guy who definitely needs to be traded out this week, then a few who are in consideration to come in (Bonner, Simmo, Ryan). There were a few others who I've been watching (Petracca, Parker, Acres, McGrath) who did well week 1. I thought they were all ok, but...

    Round 2 discussion

Did Bonner do enough? Was hoping he'd either score 60 and I'd avoid or score 90+ and be an easy trade in. 76 is a bit in between...

    Round 2 discussion

Billings and Savage managed to salvage something after slow starts. Geez the Saints looked dreadful all game though, was hoping they'd be more competitive when i picked them.

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

I'd personally hold for this week to get more information. Especially when you can loophole Libba (Dogs game is after most of the others) to get the best rookie scores. Then next week option 3 might be best if current form continues this week. I don't think McDonald was the worst pick and he...

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

Yes, I don't mind him. But 2 niggles already this year makes you reconsider. I had him for a lot of preseason but ended up going the cheaper option (Martin) when Kreuz got his injury and when it became apparent Smith was out of the picture.

    Round 2 VC/C Options

Tend to agree about Danger, I'd like to see him fully fit and how the midfield dynamic is going to work before I trust him with the C. V/C would be fine, but not the C. Kelly against the Pies looks like a great C option to me.

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

Here's my current thoughts on the rucks. Outside of Gawn, I don't have a clear cut answer though. Add in your personal opinion and preference to suit the rest of your team. I think if you're looking for a keeper (which I feel you should be for the rucks each year, unless there's obvious...

    Round 2 VC/C Options

Tempted to VC Billings against Norf instead of Dusty. Gawn to carry the C again.

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-03-26/nic-nat-targeting-full-season-after-successful-return Not sure if this is a positive or a negative for selecting NN...

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

I like the look of NN, but then I look at all the travel he has to do, including trips to Tassie and Brissie the last month of the year. Brissie is round 23 as well. Coming back you'd think he'd get a week or two at some stage, especially if the Eagles look like missing finals as predicted...

    Potential Trades Before Round 2

I'd only trade an injured ruckman this week. Hard to cop a donut at this stage. Other circumstance is if you completely stuffed up the rookies and might need to make 3 or 4 trades to fix it (i.e. 2 next week isn't enough). Libba would the other one, but I'd also make the case of riding the...

    Round 1 Scores...

Exacerbated an old achilles injury after starting well. According to Hinkley post-match - "He'll miss some time". Sounds like a trade to me sorry.

    Round 1 Scores...

2208 which I'm happy with, potentially could have been 2434 if I'd fielded the right rookies  Took 2 gambles - Burton in the backline (done an ankle and scored 27) and Rockliff in the middle over Parker (55 not a great start... threw away 100 points there). Depending on the prognosis for...

    Round 1 Discussion.

Mostly scoring well, but if I could swap all my rookies from the bench with the ones on the field I would have scored a lot better!!

    Round 1 Discussion.

Junked it up good. Armitage 46 in the first quarter. Then finished on 79 after copping a knock. Christensen got plenty of ball but not damaging and not contested so scored poorly.

    Round 1 Discussion.

Remember Zerrett will only get one price drop. He might drop $50k in 1 week, but assuming he resumes his expected output he'll be back up again quickly. I don't think we'll be getting him under $550k and we won't have any mature cows by then either.

    Round 1 Discussion.

McGrath was impressive, think he might be a good pick. Had him in but ended up finding the cash to go up to Savage instead. Got a feeling I might regret that. Smith scored well, but can't say i saw him do much. Might have got some of Zerrett's points. Sucks for those who picked Zerrett...

    2018 Mid-Price Breakouts & Stepping Stones

Yes but his best footy has always been as an inside midfielder. He's an average forward at best. Played out of position most of his career.
