    Real Dream Team NFL Fantasy

That's OK, doddy. As I don't play NBL/NBA and only dabble in BBL I have the time. I also realize that people may want a complete break from fantasy.

    Real Dream Team NFL Fantasy

Is anyone interested in filling in the non-AFL season playing NFL Fantasy? The RDT people have a salary cap fantasy game that operates much like the AFL ones. If you've played one the other is fairly straightforward. No prizes. unfortunately. Just the fun of playing and a way of getting through...

Round 21 - Did you survive Finals Week 1?

Unless you face a donut, why bother? There are a few one-game players whose job security is probably as good as any of those on the bubble. Def: AJohnson - $102,400 Mid: N Freeman - $125,900 Fwd: A Bonar (F/M) - $157,800 If you must, then Hinkley seems happy with K Farrell (D/M) - $117,300

Round 21 - Did you survive Finals Week 1?

I'd probably go Macrae if you can afford $551,400. If not, then I think that Zorko is your best choice - 115.3 av. since he came good in rnd.7. He has a decent run-home with Collingwood (A), GCS (MS) and WCE (H). Crouch had been good since he came back in the team in rnd.15. - 110.5 av...

    2019 - Injury Tally

@Prospector Thanks mate. I feel a bit stupid for missing it. But given how difficult it is to find I don't feel that stupid,

    2019 - Injury Tally

I've not seen such a screen. I know that if in the "lobby" you click on history it will give your season's history in terms of score, ranking etc and a column for number of trades but none showing the actual trades.

    2019 - Injury Tally

Ahhh, a post right up my alley. I didn't want to be the first but as you've started...... The injury-affected scores for my team: Mouch (51), Ryan, Franklin (48), Walters (17), Z G-L, Naughton (0), Coniglio, T Smith, Lobb (37), Webster (13), Macrae (51), McLean (52), T Mac, Fyfe (43 and "c")...

Round 19 Discussion and Trade Talk

Slightly different for me: heart said Cripps for "vc", head said Gawn with Titch as "c" Results say I should have gone heart but I'll still take Gawn's 130 and Olango as "c".

Round 19 Discussion and Trade Talk

So - some of us have no trades left, others have the odd one or two we are hanging on to in anticipation of further LTIs. So - the major decisions are who to "vc" and "c" and which bench players to play if need be. The "c" for me is pretty easy: I have Olango, WCE and Hawthorn play Sunday...

    2018 Tour de France Fantasy

The format I liked the best was the SBS one. It was more like SC with a set number of trades available each week and re-set on rest days. It meant you could trade out injured riders immediately and still have a chance to score well. With this one you're pretty much stuffed with one injury. You...

    2018 Tour de France Fantasy

Really tough. I had Porte who crashed out. just when I was ready to swap a sprinter for a climber. So I brought in Nibali who crashed out. Then Gaviria and Groenewegen missed the time limit in the mountains and are out. Like you, @doddy2731 , I've now got 3 riders out with only one trade to come...

Round 18 Discussion and Trade Talk

Sicily is definitely out. From the Hawks web-site: "Hawthorn defender James Sicily is likely to be sidelined for an extended period after scans revealed he suffered a broken scaphoid in Saturday’s loss to the Brisbane Lions. Sicily will undergo surgery today and is expected to miss at least six...

    2018 Tour de France Fantasy

How are we enjoying the tour so far? Mainly for the sprinters and countryside viewers. Another sprint stage tonight but then it gets interesting - cobbles on stage 9, then a rest day, then 3 days of mountains. I'm looking forward to the cobbles. Should be fun. I'm afraid I'm not a big fan of...

I've tried but unless the change is really radical it's too hard. Most teams makes minor, or nearly invisible changes, which they claim improves aerodynamics or rider comfort or ... If you are really interested...

    2018 Tour de France Fantasy

There's been contoversy about disc brakes because it has been claimed that if you crash the disc can shatter and send bits of metal everywhere. The first stage winner on a bike with discs was Kittel last year ridin for Quick Step. I notice Gaviria, this year's Quick Step sprinter, rides with...

    2018 Tour de France Fantasy

I forgot that the Tour was starting last night. For some reason I thought there was a week to go. Luckily I had a preliminary team selected. Preliminary in that I had chosen most of my team but that I was unsure about my last couple of riders. It really helps if you get the captain right. I...

    Tour de France

There is an official TdF fantasy game this year I'd like to try: https://www.letour.fr/en/news/2018/tour-de-france-launches-its-fantasy-game/1268629 It looks fairly straightforward: 8 cyclists divided into categories; 1 transfer on each of the rest days; new "c" each stage worth double points...
