His ankle got caught in a tackle and bent back on itself. Apparently it's called sydnemosis or something, Its the same thing Marc Murphy has. Best case is 4 weeks but he will be lucky to play at all again this year. Shocking luck for the Doggies. He was clearly BOG up til that point too.
Poor bugger, feel for him i suppose the positive part is at least it wasn't his knee again.
From a SC perspective it's going to be hard to do anything with him in one trade. Will be priced around 390k. Might have to wait and see how things play out over the week but I can see myself having to put Libba and one of Hall or Collins together to go for a big fish for week 1 of finals.
I dumped Libba a few weeks ago so missed this one.
Yep, they're been belted pillar to post amazing they've been so competitive still.
Saying that, they still have a few likely sorts in the 2's to come in that will at least compete.
He did but all 3 emergencies travelled as well. The official line is that rain is expected so they may go in with one ruck instead of 2 or go for bigger bodies instead of pace.
You wouldn't think they would name McVeigh and fly him across the country if he wasn't a certainty to play.

How's everyone tracking thus far?
Currently 1798 from 15 with Collins, Neale, Merrett, Buddy, Hanners, Gawn and Laird to come. Would over the moon If i get to 2500 this week considering I have elected not to trade Lids (Took Clay Smith's 71) and have Collins on field covering for Boyd.

1679/15. Danger C. Laird, McVeigh (or Collins), Hanners, Parker, Neale, Petracca, Lynch to come. Disappointing returns from Selwood, Bont, Libba (who was killing it), Simpson and Wells, who were all outscored by a debutant ruckman. Hoping for 2400.
