Don't know what to think about Danger. He looked only average last night, was heading for 75 until a couple of contested marks and goals got him 30+ points. Even with the 108 he's still going to have a BE up around 150 again next week. Still a few weeks away from picking up I think and would like to see a couple of nice 120's from him first.
He's definitely not the Danger of 2016 and 2017. He was on 36 points at half-time and from what I saw Tomlinson spent a lot of time on him and was doing a great job. Then they seemed to move Corr on to him and that's when Danger got off the chain a bit.2 misses for 2 gettable goals in the 3rd and 4th cost him that 120 plus score. He had a lower back issue most of January where he trained away from the main group a lot. Adding to that was the hammy injury in the JLT then a calf cork against St Kilda. I am a cats man and was watching him closely from the stands last night. He looks heavy and not as a fit but considering the issues raised that would make sense. I do wonder how him becoming a father and then his filming of his upcoming tv fishing show has impacted on him being a footballer though.
