    Round 7 Trades

I'd be trying to avoid a donut and moving Nank into the forward line, which should probably be the long term goal anyway. Bound to be another ruck crisis for most teams again at some point in the season and the flexibility he brings as a forward is very handy. Roughy has been underwhelming at...

    Round 5 Discussion

I think sideways or early upgrade trades at this time of year should probably only be considered, if like myself, you're sitting way off the pack. Personally ranked just inside the 40k mark and considering moving on WHE early to get in Rocky, requires JOM down to Balic too, which is a...

    Round 3 Trades

WHE is not an absolute must have for mine. I would only be trading to get him in if you have a genuinely underperforming player. Taranto and Sandi are not genuinely underperfomring.

    Round 3 Trades

I think the exception to this would be any Cam McCarthy owners. Boys on the podcast didn't like the idea of this trade either. Taranto should make decent coin and if he's is your biggest problem then you probably have to let WHE go.

    Players X. vs Y. vs Z.

Definitely Nank. You seem to have most if not all the other decent rookies and the Houston decision will not make or break your season. Nank may turn out not being a make or break type either, but he's far more likely for mine. Nank should also provide stronger point generation in the early...

    What to do

Agree with this. Sufficient cash generation should happen naturally enough so long as you have the majority of the rookies already mentioned here. There's always enough decent rookies that pop up throughout the year to upgrade to a full premium team. WHE may well get you to a full premium team...

    Players X. vs Y. vs Z.

Considering sideways trading Hannebery to a cheap premium so I can also trade in WHE. Narrowed to 3 options: Murphy, Heppell or Wines. Leaning towards Murphy given his price. Any strong thoughts one way or another?

    Round 3 Trades

Considering a similar move myself. Hannebery to Murphy and J. Smith to WHE via DPP. I think the value of this move is more about getting in WHE rather than moving on Hannebery. So the question for mine, is WHE a must have correction trade? Saw a heatmap comparison of Hannebery in Round 1 vs...

    Round 2 Discussion

125 is the minimum I would take from vice captain loop, so personally I would roll the dice and stick with Danger. Keep in mind the last time the Cats and North played, Danger had 48 disposals and 229 sc points. Could of course backfire, but for mine you have more to lose by not going with Danger.

    2017 Rookies

I don't mind Otten's JS. He's versatile enough to play wing or mid and when Lever comes back in, probably in round 2, I see Jake Kelly as more likely to drop out.

    2017 Rookies

Any news on Griffin Logue's chances? Considering downgrading Marchbank to Logue to free some cash.

Mountford? What's his js like? To be honest, I can't recall ever hearing his name.

    2017 Forward Midpricers

Not crazy. With the Giants midfield feeding him the ball, he has the talent to click and have 60+ goal year. Seems to be over the injuries too. His career so far doesn't suggest a very SuperCoach friendly game though.

    2017 Backline Midpricers

Where are people at with Marchbank? He's had an impressive JLT and some talk that Weitering may play forward could see Marchbank play that intercept marking role in a Carlton backline that's likely to see a lot of ball. Priced nicely for a player that's a lock in Carlton's 22 and I see averaging...

    2017 Forward Primos

A lot of talk that Roo is in for Richo circa 2008 year where he finished equal 3rd in the Brownlow playing on the wing. Roo may well be in for a similar sort of year, but interestingly, Richo averaged a somewhat modest 97 points in 2008.

    2017 Forward Primos

Agree with most of your comments. I actually see Macrae and Roo averaging very similar points for the year. Historically Roo has been super durable, particularly recently, but for some reason I just can't pick a 34 year old. His price is somewhat inflated too. If you take out the 187 he scored...
