Watch List Help

I have made a watch list but when I go to trade a player I am not getting the option to choose a player on my watch list like I had last year.

Any one else having the same problem or is it me being stupid?

Also last year when I traded a player I got the option to move DPP into that spot, that doesnt appear to be there this year?
