Fine by me. I had the same structure until recently and there is a good chance that I will go back to it. If it makes you feel better I was just listening to the podcast and all of the guys consider these rookies as locks and recommend having them on the field.

For me the starting cash in the bank is about having enough cash for a rookie correction trade. You could possibly get away with having $2000 if you have a lot of the 200k rookies in your side but if your team is full of cheap rookies you could be in trouble.

The decision would be so much easier if he was under 200k.
