For those who missed the news last night, Florent and Cameron will debut for the Swans this week. Cameron is locked at F7 for me. I rate his JS as better than Houston and Butler...

Sounds like you and I are setting up very similar structures. Florent has been confirmed as a round 1 starter (as has Darcy Cameron) so you can pick him with no hesitation. Different player but could be this years Papley. Personally I've splashed out extra and gone with Taranto. Not expecting...

T The boys on the podcast were very big on backing your gut feel if it's a line ball decision. If it doesnt look right or feel right then don't do it.

I'm sticking with Maxylands. I put Witts on my field for a minute the other day. It was how I'd imagine pimping out the missus to be.... The money was great and all the things you could do with thst extra coin... But it just felt dirty and wrong and I couldn't go through with it.

Ive had a play around and can make it work but only if Zac Guthrie (or another 102k) gets up! I don't want to be relying on that.

My team is pretty much set but I'm switching between Hanners and Treloar every other day. Hanners has been good to me over the years but Treloar looks like the next top 4 mid to me. Tough call to make.

Jelwood is a huge POD at this stage. Maybe not in the SCC community but at large... I think hes only at 5% ownership or something. For his elite consistency its insane that he hasn't been bought into more heavily.

You remember what Caddy was like for us, right? 1 dominant game when you think "finally!", followed by 5 mediocre games, then a couple of weeks off with a niggly injury. Not going anywhere near him.

I think I also saw that Newman played NEAFL this weekend? I would say that almost rules him out for round 1. There might only be 4 or 5 rookies across all lines that have legitimate JS. Its concerning but it also means this year is a totally different prospect with mid pricers and cash...
