@captainchardonnay @Thunderstruck I am another holding Sandi. Mummy and Stef are only avgaging 9pts more than Sandi, so I figure I can gain more points finalising my mid upgrades rather than dumping him especially when I have 19 and 18 playing the next 2 rounds.

Scharenberg, Ryan and Cousins having the rd 13 bye doesn't help either.

@Steve talked me into it too :D @Bombers56 Keep an eye out for Ryan from Freo. Named as an emergency on the weekend and with the poor performance they dished up, it would surprise to see a couple of changes. Scharenberg is another option.

@Steve I am thinking the same. If it takes a few weeks to get a premo M8, I would much rather have Scooter than a 1st year rookie. If things work out as I want, he will be a very handy M9. @Shinboner I wouldn't let Matera put you off getting Selwood. At least Selwood has a history of averaging 100.

Im contemplating Balic to Lloyd. Lloyd doesn't excite me too much though. Looking at Marchy to Hibbo for the 2nd trade.

The cheaper options don't really interest me especially when they are averaging 20-25pts less. I figure it is easier to get an underpriced mid/fwd in future trades who will score well than find a defender that is going to average close to what Doch will.

I would love to think he is going to get cheaper but we have a better chance of winning lotto than Doch dropping a couple of low scores.

I feel your pain @Steve I started without Doch and Laird. It's been painful to watch them and Shaw hasn't helped either. SPP > Myers & Otten > Doch for me this week.

I am having trouble trying to sift through all the options on the table this week also. From the options you have in front of you, they only way I can see you improving your situation is to move on a rd 11 rookie. Like you say, it isn't desirable though, but it appears to be the only option...

I have contemplated this scenario and hopefully it gets covered in this weeks pod. On 1 hand you get some nice cash generation but on the other hand you are bringing back in a player you are going to have to trade out again around his bye. A lot of factors come into play. Team setup for byes...

Another who traded Newman 2 weeks ago. BE of -20 and projected to increase another 100k over the next 2 weeks. I wish Horse would stop screwing us over. Not the worst round yet not a WOW round either. 2106. Shaw continues to disappoint. Extremely happy with the debut of Heeney.

I am more inclined to trade Hampton before Otten. Hampton just doesn't have the same scoring consistency Otten does. I have faith that Otten will still score well and not lose too much money. Hampton on the other hand........

He also spent a fair bit of time in the midfield Rd 6. The only other mid to attend more centre bounces was JPK.
